1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to locations within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, availability of the product, and other factors. Orders are processed and shipped during business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping option selected, the weight of the package, and the delivery location. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Standard Shipping: Rs.50 to 100 or Free
  • Express Shipping: Rs.149 or Free

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status of your order.

6. Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or other reasons outside our control, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or if it is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order or a replacement as soon as possible.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Since we currently ship only within India, no customs duties apply. However, in the event of any regulatory changes that may introduce customs duties, taxes, or other fees, these will be the responsibility of the customer.

10. Large Size Orders

For orders containing 10 or more products, please be aware that additional processing time may be required. These larger orders typically take a bit longer to process and prepare for shipment.

All items in large orders are carefully packed in strong, sturdy boxes to ensure their safe delivery. We use a speedy delivery service to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
