Return Policy:

  • For Defective Items: We cover return shipping costs for defective flashlights and lamps.
  • For Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

You can return products purchased from YOFLIC within the specified return/exchange period of 7 days, except for non-returnable items.

To initiate a return, simply create a ‘Return Request’ under the “My Orders” section on our website. Follow the instructions that appear after selecting the ‘Return’ option, and make a note of the Return ID generated at the end of the process. Please ensure the item is ready for pickup or shipment based on the selected return mode.

We offer a pick-up facility in selected locations, depending on courier service availability. If the reverse pick-up option is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the product to us.

Pick-up Instructions:
If you choose to schedule a pick-up, please ensure the product is placed in a packet, is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags intact. Keep the packet ready and unsealed to expedite the pick-up process.

 

General Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

      • Timeframe: You can request a refund request within 7 days of receiving your order.

      • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. For defective or damaged items, please contact our support team immediately.

    Non-Refundable Items:

        • Items on clearance or sale

        • Gift cards

        • Personalized or custom-made products

        Specific Policy for Flashlights and Lamps

        Eligibility for Refunds:

            • Timeframe: You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your flashlight or lamp.

            • Condition: Flashlights and lamps must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included. Items that show signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee.

          Warranty Coverage:

             

              • Flashlights: We offer a 1 year Brand/Manufacturer warranty on all our flashlights against manufacturing defects. If your flashlight stops working due to a defect, please contact our support team for a replacement or refund.

              • Lamps: All our lamps come with a 1 year warranty. This covers defects in materials or workmanship. If your lamp is faulty, we will replace it or offer a refund.

            Non-Refundable Situations for Flashlights and Lamps:

                • Damage due to misuse: Refunds will not be issued for items that are damaged due to improper use, such as exposure to water (for non-waterproof models) or physical impact.

                • Modified products: Any flashlight or lamp that has been altered or modified in any way is not eligible for a refund.

              Battery Policy:

                  • Flashlights and lamps that include rechargeable batteries must be returned with the original battery. If the battery is missing, a deduction from the refund may apply.

                  • Batteries have a 1 month warranty. If the battery fails within this period, we will replace it at no additional cost.
